2. Acceptance of the terms
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or using any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of use, the Privacy policy and all applicable legal provisions.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Platform. Continuing to use it after updated terms are published counts as acceptance of the changes.
The minimum age for registration is 18. The Platform is not intended for anyone below that age.
3. Description of the services
Buildinghost provides a cloud-based construction project management platform, which includes but is not limited to:
- Construction project management — creating, tracking and analysing multiple projects
- Financial control — managing costs, budgets and financial reporting
- Workforce management — workers, subcontractors, suppliers and working hours
- Document handling — uploading, organising and sharing documents and photographs
- Team collaboration — managing users with different roles and permissions
- Calendar and planning — managing deadlines and tasks
- Reports and analysis — financial and operational reporting
- Gallery — documenting construction progress with photographs
Buildinghost reserves the right to add, change or remove features, notifying users of material changes.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make every effort to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service, owing to planned maintenance or unforeseen technical circumstances.
4. Registration and account
Accessing the Platform requires creating an account. On registering you undertake:
- To provide true, accurate, current and complete information
- To keep your account information up to date
- To keep your password secret and not share it with third parties
- To notify Buildinghost immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
- To be responsible for all actions carried out from your account
Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. Buildinghost does not store passwords in readable form — they are processed and stored solely by Supabase infrastructure using cryptographic hash algorithms.
Every registered user who creates a company automatically receives the "Administrator" role. The administrator may invite additional team members within the limit of the chosen subscription plan.
Registration requires stating the country in which the company is established. Buildinghost is not offered in every country, and reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate an account where these terms are breached.
5. Subscription and payments
5.1 Subscription plans
Buildinghost offers the following paid subscription plans:

Additional project packs are available on the Professional plan: 20 projects for EUR 3 (~BGN 5.87). Additional users can be added and removed at any time at EUR 2/month each.
5.2 Payment processing through Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a global payment infrastructure provider. In making a payment you also accept Stripe’s terms: stripe.com/legal.
Buildinghost does not store payment card details. All payment information is processed and stored directly by Stripe in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.
Payments are made in euro (EUR). When choosing a plan you will be shown the approximate equivalent in Bulgarian lev (BGN) at the fixed rate of EUR 1 = BGN 1.9558.
5.3 Billing and automatic renewal
Subscription fees are charged monthly on the day the plan was activated. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing period.
Invoices for payments made are sent to the email address given at registration.
5.4 Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. On cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are given for an unused period.
Buildinghost reserves the right to terminate access without notice where these terms are breached, in which case no refund is due.
5.5 Price changes
Buildinghost may change subscription prices on at least 30 days’ notice before the change takes effect. You will be notified by email. If you do not agree with the new prices, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
6. Free trial period
On registration every new user receives a 20-day free trial with full access to the features of the Business plan.
No payment card details are required during the trial. After the 20 days you need to choose a subscription plan to continue using the service.
If the trial expires without a paid plan being chosen, access to the Platform’s features is restricted. Your data is kept for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Trial period conditions:
- One free trial per company
- No payment card required
- Full access to all features for 20 days
- Data is retained after the trial expires
- Buildinghost reserves the right to change the length of the trial period
7. Data and privacy
You are the sole owner of the data you enter into the Platform. Buildinghost claims no rights over your data.
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL) located in the European Union. We apply Row-Level Security (RLS) — a technology ensuring that each company accesses only its own data, with no technical access to the data of other companies.

8. Acceptable use
In using the Platform you undertake not to:
- Breach the applicable law of the Republic of Bulgaria or of the EU
- Upload malicious code, viruses or other harmful software
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system or to other users’ data
- Carry out actions that load the infrastructure (DDoS attacks, scraping)
- Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without express written permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile any component of the Platform
- Share account credentials with unauthorised persons
Buildinghost reserves the right to terminate or restrict access where the above rules are breached, without prior notice.
9. Intellectual property
The Buildinghost Platform, including its design, logo, source code, algorithms, texts and features, is the exclusive property of Buildinghost and is protected by the Bulgarian Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act and by applicable international law.
By accepting these terms, Buildinghost grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You retain all rights in the data and content you upload to the Platform. By uploading data you grant Buildinghost a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
10. Limitation of liability
Buildinghost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, lost profit or business interruption.
Buildinghost’s maximum liability to you may not exceed the subscription fees you paid for the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Buildinghost is not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties, including Supabase and Stripe, in the event of an interruption to their infrastructure.
We recommend backing up business-critical data regularly. Buildinghost takes care over data security but cannot guarantee absolute continuity in circumstances of force majeure.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for intent or gross negligence, nor consumer rights under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship:
- The User — at any time, by cancelling the subscription from profile settings.
- Buildinghost — where these terms are breached, on 30 days’ notice in ordinary circumstances, or immediately in the case of violations.
On termination you have the right to download your data within 30 days. After that period the data may be permanently deleted.
12. Changes to the terms
Buildinghost reserves the right to update these Terms of use at any time. For material changes we will notify you by email and/or through a message in the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continuing to use the Platform after the updated terms take effect counts as acceptance of the changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
13. Governing law
These Terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. The competent court for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is the relevant Bulgarian court for the registered seat of Buildinghost.
As an information society service provider, Buildinghost complies with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — protection of personal data
- The Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act
- The Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act
- The Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act
- The Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act
